ON Tuesday, several PF MPs and senior members defied instructions from faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda and went ahead to hold a Tonse Council of Leaders meeting. Among those in attendance were Mpika Central MP Francis Kapyanga, Nakonde MP Lukas Simumba, Chama North MP Yotam Mtayachalo, former Mfuwe MP Maureen Mabonga, former PF secretary general Mumbi Phiri, Chanoda Ngwira, former president Edgar Lungu’s political adviser Chris Zumani Zimba, Kelvin Bwalya Fube, and Tonse Alliance spokesperson Sean Tembo.
