INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says President Hakainde Hichilema’s international engagements have elevated Zambia to a very high level in terms of goodwill. And Milupi says the delay in clinching the IMF deal will not affect government’s plans for the road sector.
