MINISTER of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has appointed a new National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) board to be chaired by Joe Mutwale. And Dr Musokotwane has urged the board to work with the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Department in his Ministry to explore road sector financing models which will mitigate dependency on the Treasury.
