LAW Association of Zambia (LAZ) president Lungisani Zulu says no society can fight corruption without involving the legal profession. And Zulu says LAZ is committed to supporting constitutional reforms and removing snags within the Constitution, especially in the Public Order Act. Meanwhile, Zulu says there is a need to relook at the concept of non-bailable offences and consider other conditions that can be imposed so that suspects are out of cells as they await trial.
