THE Court of Appeal has ordered a stay of the matter before the Lusaka High Court in which Joseph Malanji and Bowman Lusambo are seeking an order that it should hold fresh nominations for Kwacha and Kabushi constituencies. On Friday, the Lusaka High Court reserved to Tuesday, judgement in the case in which Malanji and Lusambo have also asked it to declare that they are eligible to contest the by-elections.
