JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says it is clear that the majority is in favour of a holistic Constitution reform process because the current one needs cleaning. Last week, Constitutional Lawyer John Sangwa SC said the Constitution was okay in its current state, arguing that the problem was the bad people who have been occupying State House. And recently, Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) president Lungisani Zulu said that the fact that the Constitution needs interpretation doesn’t make it bad.
