MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga has wondered what would be the point in President Hakainde Hichilema making a trip to China when he is able to strengthen relations with his Chinese counterpart on phone. And Mulenga says every trip the President makes is not a “tourist trip” but one that must benefit Zambians.
