REPUBLICAN Vice-President Mutale Nalumango has expressed shock and disappointment at the dirty status of the Lusaka Central Business District. The Vice-President’s shock comes in the wake of a national cleanup campaign that her office is now advocating for, following the outbreak of cholera. On Saturday, Honourable Nalumango took a tour of the city centre in the company of ministers, local authorities and officials from the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU). She did not like what she saw, and wondered how many people needed to die before local authorities could embark on a cleanup exercise.
