PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has lamented that health is one of the sectors giving his administration some headaches because of corruption since assuming office in 2021. President Hichilema has since cautioned citizens to search their souls before taking up government appointments, saying if they go to exacerbate graft, they should not complain to their wives when fired.
