TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) says it hopes that the appointment of Dr Ron Mwambwa as deputy Auditor General will help ensure the continued smooth functioning of the office amid disruptions. And TI-Z has welcomed the swearing-in of new judges but says the appointment process needs to be more transparent than it currently is.
