Angry truck drivers on Monday closed down the Nakonde border in protest against the Tanzanian government’s clamp down on Zambian movers of heavy goods. The move by the Tanzanian government which has incensed drivers was in retaliation against the impounding of maize-carrying trucks by the Zambian government.
