LUSAKA lawyer Makebi Zulu says the forgery and publication of false information charges slapped on PF presidential aspirant Emmanuel Mwamba are merely cover ups because police assaulted him. On Saturday, police formally charged and arrested Mwamba and Andy Luchinde with two counts of forgery and three counts of publication of false information.
