LEADER of the Opposition in Parliament Brian Mundubile says it’s not necessary for all members of parliament to have a meeting with the President over CDF as there is a law governing its utilisation. Mundubile says the party doesn’t want its members of parliament being abducted or arrested after such a meeting for simply asking the President difficult questions. Earlier this week, Government Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa said President Hakainde Hichilema would soon hold a meeting with all members of parliament to discuss how the Constituency Development Fund was being managed.
