THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has noted with concern a high rise in courier fraud cases where unsuspecting members of the public are swindled by online scammers. In a statement, ZRA Corporate Communications Manager Oliver Nzala said the public should avoid succumbing to online scammers by not believing messages that a parcel which they didn’t order had arrived but needed tax ‘clearance’. “The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has noted with concern a high rise in courier fraud cases in which unsuspecting members of the public are swindled by online scammers.
