FINANCE Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has revealed that his Permanent Secretary Mukuli Chikuba was redeployed at the Cabinet office, and hasn’t been working for a long time now. Last week, ACC announced that it had charged Chikuba with multiple offences which include abuse of authority of office, willful failure to follow applicable procedure and theft by public servant involving over K2 million. In an interview, Dr Musokotwane hoped that matters involving Ministry of Finance officials would be quickly processed so that operations could stabilise at the institution. “He has not been working for a long time now.
