FOURTEEN street vendors have been arrested in Kabwe for riotous behaviour. Central Province Minister Credo Nanjuwa confirmed this in an interview, saying the riot began after some bus drivers started operating in illegal places due to the Kabwe City Council’s failure to secure a clear designated space for them.
