NEW Heritage Party president Chishala Kateka says former president Edgar Lungu told her that he needs to rest from active politics. On Thursday, Kateka paid a courtesy call on Lungu at his residence in Ibex Hill. Explaining her visit, Kateka said former heads of state were treated badly and only celebrated when they die, something she wanted to change.
