GOVERNMENT Chief Whip Stafford Mulusa says members of parliament are not expected to walk out as President Hakainde Hichilema opens the third session of the thirteenth National Assembly next Friday. Commenting on Mpika PF MP Francis Kapyanga’s remarks that opposition MPs would persuade their leaders that they walk out should the President spend time talking about PF instead of progressive things, Mulusa said he expected good behaviour from all lawmakers.
