PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday made various donations worth about a million Kwacha to the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) and Evelyn Hone College. And President Hichilema says the UPND government will increase the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) in the 2024 national budget.
