PAMBASHE PF member of parliament Ronald Chitotela has urged President Hakainde Hichilema to quickly appoint a new minister for Luapula Province following the firing of Derricky Chilundika. In July this year, President Hichilema fired Chilundika and police later arrested him and 18 others for allegedly mining 23 tonnes of Sugilite Mineral Ore in Chembe District, without a licence.
