INSPECTOR General of Police Graphael Musamba says police have opened an inquiry into the break-in complaint lodged by the PF leadership against Miles Sampa to see whether there’s any substance to it. And Musamba says the PF will be informed on when they can hold their rally once there’s an indication of good security prospects.
