THERE is no thing such as a strip club which has been registered by any local authority, says local government permanent secretary Mambo Hamaundu. A report went viral on social media suggesting that Lusaka residents would soon be able to experience a strip club set to be opened at Lewanika Mall. According to the report, a Lusaka businessman had been given a licence to engage in that business.
