JUSTICE Minister Mulambo Haimbe says Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti is unbiased and has been equal to the task in executing her presiding role, amid provocation from the opposition. And Haimbe says former president Edgar Lungu’s diplomatic passport is among the benefits which the state has withdrawn from him following his return into active politics. Meanwhile, Haimbe says the Miles Sampa PF faction is currently the legitimate one, according to the documents which are before the Registrar of Societies.
