NATIONAL Union for Small Scale Farmers in Zambia (NUSFAZ) president Dr Frank Kayula says government needs to be applauded for completing the fertiliser distribution exercise for the 2023/24 farming season. However, Dr Kayula has urged government to ensure early input procurement so that it has enough time to scrutinise suppliers in order to avoid tender cancellations.
