SHIWANG’ANDU PF member of parliament Stephen Kampyongo says he hasn’t seen any country where all citizens have been turned into farmers, in reference to the President’s appeal for citizens to engage in farming. During a press conference last Friday, President Hichilema insisted that instead of buying VXs and other luxurious vehicles, people should buy tractors for use in farming.
