THE Zambia Correctional Service (ZCS) on the Copperbelt has banned people visiting inmates from taking food to the facilities to avoid the spread of cholera. ZCS Copperbelt Deputy Commanding officer Derrick Mwansa said various measures aimed at preventing the outbreak of cholera in correctional facilities had been developed. Mwansa said this during the ceremonial opening of the criminal session for the Kitwe High Court, where he insisted that the correctional facilities had been provided with enough food.
