THE Drug Enforcement Commissioner (DEC) has told the Economic and Financial Crimes Court that Egyptian national Micheal Adel Michel Botros is not a victim of the gold scam as he voluntarily engaged in illegal gold transactions. DEC Assistant Commissioner Martin Chitamba has also insisted that the jet seized in the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (KKIA) gold scam is tainted property and ought to be forfeited to the state.
