MPOROKOSO PF member of parliament Brian Mundubile has charged that Minister of Small Medium and Enterprise (SME) Elias Mubanga and Minister of Youth and Sports Elvis Nkandu are abusing empowerment funds to dupe voters. But Mubanga has refuted these allegations, saying he was going to those areas to tell people about the empowerment programmes which his Ministry was running as well as mobilising for the UPND.
