SOCIALIST Party leader Dr Fred M’membe says food shortages may be experienced even for more than two years because the UPND government does not recognise the importance of maize reserves. And Socialist Party General Secretary Dr Cosmas Musumali says Dr M’membe will celebrate his birthday from State House in 2027 because he will be elected as Zambia’s president in 2026.
