CHIEF Chikwa of the Senga speaking people of Chama District in Eastern Province has been arrested and formally charged for cutting timber in a game restricted area. And Minister of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu says the Department of Forests has cancelled Chief Chikwa’s timber concession licence for contravening the conditions under which it was issued.
