HOME Affairs and Internal Security Permanent Secretary Joseph Akafumba says the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) has to restart its registration process because its first application expired. But National Democratic Congress (NDC) faction leader Saboi Imboela says UKA will continue with its operations with or without being registered.
