KAPASA Makasa University Students Union president Mapalo Chime has lamented that their institution is the only public university in the country which experiences long hours of load shedding, asking President Hakainde Hichilema to intervene in the matter. And President Hichilema has counselled students to focus on education instead of engaging in relationships with old men or women whom he termed as “absentee landlords”.
