NEW Heritage Party president Chishala Kateka says she has no confidence in the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ). On Wednesday, former ECZ chief electoral officer Patrick Nshindano urged political parties to take interest in the electoral processes leading up to the general elections, rather than waiting to cry foul at the eleventh hour. “Stakeholders, especially political parties, must take interest in the electoral processes leading up to the general election and also be proactive in engaging the commission and demanding for information where need be and not waiting to cry foul at the eleventh hour.
