ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says there was nothing wrong with government making an advance payment of US$33,750,000 for the construction of FTJ Chiluba University. The latest Auditor General’s report on Zambia’s external debt stock revealed that government paid China Energy Engineering Group Hunan Electric Power Design Institute Co. Limited US$33,750,000, as an advance payment for the construction of FTJ Chiluba University.
