TRANSPARENCY International Zambia says it has noted with bemusement, Solicitor General Marshal Muchende’s decision to discontinue his defamation case against former ACC commissioner Dr O’brien Kaaba. TIZ has further called on President Hakainde Hichilema to demonstrate that there’s no sacred cow in his administration when it comes to corruption by asking Muchende to resign, like he did with former ACC director general Thom Shamakamba.
