FORMER ACC board chairperson Musa Mwenye says Dr O’Brien Kaaba’s failure to apologise despite Solicitor General Marshal Muchende withdrawing the libel suit indicates that the former ACC commissioner stands by his revelations. And Mwenye says with hindsight, he would not have accepted his appointment as ACC board chairperson given what has transpired at the commission. Muchende recently entered into a consent judgement with Dr Kaaba, leading to the discontinuation of a libel suit against the latter.
