LUAPULA Province Police Commanding Officer Mwala Yuyi says the Citizens First and UKA will not hold their public rally scheduled for August 10, 2024, because the police will not be available to provide security. He has advised them not to proceed with the rally on that date, as those who break the law will be brought to book. The Citizens First party, a member of the United Kwacha Alliance, was scheduled to hold a rally in Samfya District this Saturday.
