TRANSPARENCY International Africa Regional Advisor Paul Banoba has disclosed that Zambia does not have a case in the TRACE database due to difficulties in accessing cases from the court registrar, among other challenges. And TIZ Advocacy, Policy and Research Manager Bright Chizonde has emphasised the need to introduce rewards for whistleblowers when their disclosures lead to the recovery of assets.
