SHIWANG’ANDU PF member of parliament Stephen Kampyongo says Ronald Chitotela and Nickson Chilangwa are in high spirits despite being remanded at Mansa Correctional Facility. On the other hand, Chitotela, who is Pambashe PF member of parliament, says he is shocked and dismayed by his conviction on arson charges despite having proven his innocence. He says he firmly believes he is a political prisoner, unfairly targeted and persecuted solely because of his affiliation with the PF.
