SOCIALIST Party leader Fred M’membe has described his arrest as an action of little frightened men who are scared of their shadows. M’membe was detained from Thursday to Monday evening after the state charged him with the offence of seditious practices. And addressing Socialist Party members after his release, M’membe said the UPND had promised Zambians what they couldn’t deliver. “What we’re seeing are actions of little frightened men, scared of their own shadows because of many crimes they have committed against the Zambian people.
