ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha has asked the Lusaka High Court to dismiss the matter in which Emmanuel Jay Banda has sued the state, Levy Ngoma, Clayson Hamasaka and Trevor Mwiinde, seeking damages for his abduction. Kabesha has told the court that Banda is not entitled to any of the reliefs he is seeking.
