SINCE Petauke Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda disappeared from Chipata general hospital, we haven’t heard much from his master – former president Edgar Lungu. He is not showing any much concern over the mysterious disappearance. Our readers will remember that when the story of Jay Jay being abducted came out, Mr Lungu went on the top of the mountain condemning the government and accusing state actors of abducting the lawmaker.
