PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he has been scanning the country and observing people’s behaviour to see how they are responding to the drought. The President says he wants to see whether people are using the drought as an opportunity to do new things, such as getting their energy mix right instead of depending on hydro. And President Hichilema says citizens should turn their energy into something which is positive rather than spreading lies and falsehoods on social media.
