POLICE in Lusaka have recorded a warn and caution statement from Petauke Central Independent MP Emmanuel Jay Banda’s sister Pauline. On Monday, Banda’s lawyer Kennedy Mambwe said Pauline was on Saturday detained by police because she was using a phone suspected to have been stolen.
