POLICE in Lusaka have recorded a warn and caution statement from Petauke Central Independent MP Emmanuel Jay Banda’s sister Pauline. On Monday, Banda’s lawyer Kennedy Mambwe said Pauline was on Saturday detained by police because she was using a phone suspected to have been stolen. But in a statement, Wednesday, Police Public Relations Officer Rae Hamoonga said Pauline was being investigated for the offence of Conspiracy to Commit a Crime. “The Zambia Police Service in Lusaka has recorded a Warn and Caution Statement from Ms Pauline Banda, aged 40, of Petauke, Fairview area.
