THE Anti-Corruption Commission yesterday toured about 109 housing units which have been forfeited to the state belonging to Egar Lungu’s alleged proxy Emmanuel Mugala, his company and six others. The forfeited properties, which include 109 residential units, 32 shops, six motor vehicles, two Howo trucks and two graders are valued at over K107 million. And ACC Head Corporate Communications Timothy Moono says the forfeiture shows that the Commission is not idle but is working hard to recover stolen property. Recently, the Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court Division, ordered the forfeiture of more than 50 properties belonging Mugala, his company Pittscon Zambia Limited and six others.
