MINISTER of Transport and Logistics Frank Tayali has described the signing of the MOU on the revitalisation of the Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority (TAZARA) as a great milestone. On Wednesday, Zambia and Tanzania signed an MOU for the refurbishment of the 1,860-kilometer TAZARA Railway.
