FORMER Transparency International Zambia (TIZ) chapter president Sampa Kalungu has called on President Hakainde Hichilema to expedite the process of appointing a new ACC board. In an interview, Tuesday, Kalungu said the delay in appointing a board was harming the institution and it raised suspicions about government’s commitment to fighting corruption. “For you as an institution to attract good funding, you need to keep yourself in good place, you need to put your house in order.
