THE Ministry of Green Economy and Environment has announced that its minister, Mike Mposha, has been elected Vice-President of the Seventh Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly, representing the Group of African States. According to a statement issued by the ministry’s Communications Unit, Mposha also currently served as Vice-President of the African Ministerial Conference on Meteorology. “Minister of Green Economy and Environment Hon. Mike Elton Mposha, MP, has been elected as a Vice-President of the Seventh Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly representing the Group of African States. Hon.
