KONKOLA Blades Football Club has promoted six players from its Young Konkola Blades setup to the senior team ahead of the new MTN Super League season. The club said the promotions reaffirm KBFC’s commitment to nurturing homegrown talent. This is according to the KBFC media team. Three players have already joined the senior squad in Mongu for pre-season camp who include 17 year old right winger Nicholas Mulenga, 19 year old left back Maybank Bwalya and 17 year old central midfielder Abonike Kaunda. The remaining three will link up with the team upon its return from camp, who include 19 year old striker Adrian Simwanza, 18 year old left winger Leevan Mwape and 18 year old attacking midfielder Kelvin Mulenga....
