STATE House Chief Communications Specialist Clayson Hamasaka says President Hakainde Hichilema has delegated his Vice-President to attend many local and international events, emphasising that the two are working well together. Hamasaka says President Hichilema did not attend the United Nations General Assembly because something came up, and since the advance entourage had already gone to New York, he decided the Foreign Affairs Minister should represent him instead.
